He is a board member of the US Quantum Economic Development Consortium (QED-C). He is also a qualified attorney and concurrently serves as Vice Chairman of the Big Data Committee of the American Bar Association. He is a legal expert on liability issues related to artificial intelligence, big data, information security and data privacy, and teaches and delivers continuing legal education courses on these topics.
